Wollens Solicitors are looking for a member of ‘bank’ staff for their Reception team in our South Devon office in Torquay to cover holidays and sickness.

Our reception team are the hosts and public face of Wollens as first contact for our clients when they visit our office.

Your front of house duties will include meeting, greeting and welcoming our clients, you will also look after our suite of meeting rooms and cater for client needs from refreshments to audio-visual.

The role will also involve answering the telephone, forwarding calls, dealing with queries, taking payments, taking ID, making appointments and other office related duties.

With a friendly, professional, welcoming personality you will be able to offer exceptional client care skills. You will be well presented, have a pleasant telephone manner and be computer literate. Experience of using a case management system is desirable. A background in secretarial/reception work is essential, ideally in a professional services environment.

The role is to provide holiday and sickness cover for our reception team. Hours are 9 am to 5.15 pm, with 1 hour for lunch. Holiday cover could equate to 12 weeks per year, either in full weeks or part weeks/single days.
