Private Client Lawyer

Due to continued development and growth, we are seeking a highly experienced, client-focused legal professional to join our dynamic and growing Private Client team. The role would be in our Estate Administration team and could be based in either our Torquay or Exeter office.

Wollens is a dynamic and successful Devon-based firm. It has shown exceptional growth over the past few years and is now one of the largest practices in the Devon and Somerset area.

Wollens’ Private Client team has a diverse range of expertise and covers all private client areas.  And has won both national and regional awards.

As a key member of our department, you will handle a high-quality caseload covering complex probate and estate administration. You will also play an integral part in mentoring junior team members, contributing to business development, and nurturing long-standing client relationships.

We are looking for someone with 10+ years PQE with a strong background in Private Client matters and a proven ability to manage complex and high-value estates. STEP qualification preferred.

You will have excellent interpersonal and client care skills, commercial awareness and the ability to contribute to the strategic growth of the team
