You would be working as part of our Residential Property team. The role will involve opening client files at the outset of the transaction; assisting with preparation of contract packs; keeping clients, agents and other party solicitors updated throughout the transaction; assisting fee earners with progressing the transaction; dealing with the transaction from exchange of contract through to completion; submitting Land Registry registration applications.  The role would also involve providing administrative support to our Property Team as required, which could include opening and scanning post, preparation of communication to clients by either letter or email, processing legal documents and general administrative support.

The ideal applicant would have experience in a similar role or could be a Legal Secretary with Property support experience looking to progress. Although legal experience is not essential, we would welcome applicants with good skills who would be interested in a career in the legal sector. Applicants should have excellent I.T. skills, ideally working with digital dictation/audio typing and case management systems. You should also have, good communication skills and attention to detail.
