I am a solicitor in the Dispute Resolution team, specialising in property and trust disputes. I have gained valuable experience working in both the UK and Ireland, in areas of residential and commercial property law. I later returned to Exeter to complete my training and qualifying in 2024.

With several years of experience in property law, I now focus on helping clients resolve complex property disputes. I assist with a wide range of property-related issues, including:

  • Disputes between people who jointly own property (under the Trusts of Land and Appointment of Trustees Act 1996, or ToLATA)
  • Landlord and tenant issues (both residential and commercial)
  • Disputes over land (such as boundary disagreements, adverse possession, and covenants)
  • Service charge and leasehold issues
  • Block management disputes
  • Leasehold extensions, right to manage, and collective enfranchisement
  • Residential tenancy advice
  • Possession proceedings under Section 8 and Section 21 Notices

I also hold an LLM in Advanced Legal Practice, specialising in property law. This gives me deeper knowledge of property ownership, trusts, and land disputes, which allows me to provide clients with tailored advice and clear solutions.

I work closely with both individuals and businesses to fully understand their issues. I then offer legal advice that is tailored to their needs. My focus is always on finding practical, efficient solutions, whether through negotiation, mediation, or litigation, to achieve the best possible outcomes for my clients. I pride myself on being accessible and responsive, ensuring I guide my clients through the process with clear and effective advice.

Outside of work, I am passionate about sports, whether taking part or supporting. I stay active by running, cycling, and swimming, and I enjoy travelling to explore new places both locally and abroad.
