I work with clients of all sizes and across a variety of industries, and my role allows me to assist and support businesses at each stage of their life cycle.

My main areas of focus include:

• Corporate transactions (asset sales/purchases, share sales/purchases and share buybacks
• Shareholders’ agreements and partnership agreements
• Commercial contracts
• Company incorporations
