Wollens Solicitors have a vacancy for a full-time receptionist to work at our office in Torquay.
This is a very exciting time to join us as we will be shortly be moving to our brand new, modern office which will enable us to offer the very best in client care.
Our reception team will be the hosts and public face of Wollens as first contact for our clients when they visit our office.
Your front of house duties will include meeting, greeting and welcoming our clients, you will also look after our suite of meeting rooms and cater for client needs from refreshments to audio-visual.
The role will also involve answering the telephone, forwarding calls, dealing with queries, and other office/client related duties.
With a friendly, professional, welcoming personality you will be able to offer exceptional client care skills. You will be well presented, have a pleasant telephone manner and be computer literate. Experience of using a case management system is desirable. A background in secretarial/reception work is essential, ideally in a professional services environment.
Hours are 36.25 per week, Monday to Friday.
