My main practice areas concern company, commercial and shipping law. I have a decade’s worth of experience of incorporating companies, carrying out their associated administration and advising on general company matters, alongside general commercial practice. I have the same tenure of experience in running London and Singapore arbitrations, in respect of contentious shipping work.
On the non-contentious front, I have regularly drafted high value sale and purchase agreements, such as the sale and purchase of commodities and equipment. I have both conducted and assisted on cases in the London High Court which has gone to both the Court of Appeal and the Supreme Court. I undertake a variety of work within the spectrum of international trade from ship arrests to advising on charter party disputes.
On a domestic front, I enjoy assisting individuals and businesses on a wide variety of legal matters, such as drafting boat sale/purchase agreements and drafting terms and conditions of business.
Outside of work, I embrace mummydom, painting, dancing and fundraising for various local and national charities; and am an Ambassador for ME Research UK.
