I qualified as a Solicitor in early 2022 and work in our Dispute Resolution department specialising in all types of Property Litigation. I joined Wollens in September 2018 working for 1 year as a paralegal in the Residential Property department, before beginning my training contract in September 2019. I graduated from the University of Exeter with a first class honours Bachelor of Laws (LLB) and from the University of Law with a Law Masters (LLM) in Legal Practice with Distinction. During my training contract, I undertook 4 seats at Wollens, in Dispute Resolution, Family Law and Commercial and Residential Property returning to Dispute Resolution for my final 6 month seat in preparation for qualification into that area.
During my time as a student, I gained much valuable experience working as counsel’s clerk for a family law firm in London and undertook a mini-pupillage at a barristers’ chambers in Temple, London.
As someone coming to the law later in life, this is my third career, having had previous careers as a software developer and a restaurateur in London. Having gained much experience as an employee and an entrepreneur, I bring much breadth and depth of experience to my role as a lawyer.
I very much enjoy outdoor pursuits and particularly mountaineering and trekking and I have climbed to the top of Mount Kilimanjaro in East Africa for charity. I have a particular passion for travelling and foreign culture and am bilingual. I also love food from around the world (both cooking and eating!).
