Our diverse team of brilliant people provide the full spectrum of legal services and specialist expertise across private and commercial matters.

We have been recognised by the Law Society’s Excellence Awards and we are also recognised by the Legal 500 for the breadth of expertise of our lawyers.

We are proud to have been accredited by Great Place to Work™ and also Carbon Neutral Britain. Since joining in 2022, we have actively engaged in measuring and implementing new initiatives to reduce our carbon footprint, achieving recognition as a Carbon Neutral Business

The Legal 500 has ranked us in 10 practice areas, and this year, we are proud to be recognised as a ‘Leading Firm in Client Satisfaction’. After many years of extensive client research, The Legal 500 has introduced client satisfaction scores to measure service and customer experience. Only firms in the top percentile earn a special kite mark on the Legal 500 website, and we are thrilled to have achieved this distinction.

We are committed to delivering the best possible client care and have been awarded the CX Excellence Mark by Customer Experience Specialists ‘Insight6.’ This prestigious recognition highlights our dedication to placing customer experience at the heart of our business, reflecting the significant efforts we have made in this area.

These areas of recognition highlights our expertise, enhances our credibility, and demonstrates our commitment to providing exceptional legal services, supported by ongoing investment in our staff.

Our commitment to you

We pride ourselves on being a law firm that is neither too big or too small. We are perfectly formed. We are a genuine alternative to much larger firms and with significantly more to offer than smaller, high street solicitors. Yet we never lose sight of what’s most important: to provide the best possible guidance in a no-nonsense, approachable and accessible way. And so although we have progressed and developed as a business, we have not lost that personal touch and family feel. You will be joining a firm where our partners and managers are friendly, accessible and approachable. We value the people that work within the business and build trusted relationships. One in three of all our staff have worked for the firm for 10 years or more, all of which are recognised with long service awards.

Enjoy a wealth of employee benefits

We offer a comprehensive range of employee benefits, reflecting our commitment to staff well-being and professional growth. Employees enjoy a competitive salary, flexible working arrangements, and opportunities for career development through training and support. Health and well-being are prioritised with private medical insurance, mental health support, and wellness initiatives.
