Wollens – Our Environmental Commitment
At Wollens, we are committed to understanding, reducing and responsibly managing the environmental impact of our operations. As part of this commitment, we partnered with Carbon Neutral Britain to independently measure and assess our greenhouse gas emissions for the 2024/25 reporting year (1 October 2024 – 30 September 2025). Since our baseline report in 2019, we have reduced our Carbon Footprint by 51%
Maintaining Our Carbon Neutral Status
In January 2026, Wollens offset our full carbon footprint and were certified once again as a Carbon Neutral Business by Carbon Neutral Britain. This certification follows internationally recognised standards — ISO 14064 and the Greenhouse Gas Protocol — ensuring our carbon neutral status is accurate, transparent and externally verified.
Our Path to Net Zero
In line with UK Government and Science Based Target guidelines, Wollens is committed to:
- Reducing our emissions by 50% by 2030
- Achieving Net Zero by 2050
Not only are we engaged with the environment, but we are also actively involved with the communities we live and work in.
- Our people have donated over 1500 hours of their free time to local community projects and social enterprises in the last year.
- We’ve donated over £16,000 to various charitable causes last year.

Wollens is proud to be recognised for our commitment to sustainability, receiving awards that honour our eco-conscious practices and dedication to reducing environmental impact.
