Wollens is delighted to congratulate Chloe Emery on qualifying as a Solicitor within the firm’s Commercial Property team.

Chloe’s route to qualification reflects her dedication, resilience and commitment to developing her legal career. After graduating with her law degree in 2016, she began her legal career as a Paralegal at a local council, gaining valuable experience in the public sector. While working full-time, Chloe completed her CILEX qualification in 2020 before embarking on the Legal Practice Course (LPC), which she successfully completed in 2023.

Chloe joined Wollens in 2021 as a Paralegal in the Residential Conveyancing team, specialising in new build transactions. In 2025, she moved into the firm’s Commercial Property department, where she continues to develop her expertise across a broad range of commercial property matters.
