I specialise in corporate and commercial work and am Head of our Company & Commercial department.  Having trained in London, I provide a cradle-to-grave service, from start-ups and sole trader businesses, through to the eventual share or asset sale of established companies, in addition to the full spectrum of matters that occur in between.

I am also able to offer clients a wealth of experience in franchising, partnerships, agency and outsourcing.
