I am a Solicitor in the Private Family Team at Wollens, based in our North Devon office.

I advise clients on a wide range of private family law matters, including divorce and civil partnership dissolution, financial arrangements arising from relationship breakdown (including negotiated settlements, Consent Orders and Financial Remedy proceedings), private children matters, domestic abuse issues, and disputes involving unmarried couples and cohabitees, including claims under the Trusts of Land and Appointment of Trustees Act 1996 (TOLATA).

I joined Wollens in October 2022 as a Trainee Solicitor after completing my legal studies. During my training contract, I gained experience across the Private Client, Family, and Company & Commercial departments, providing me with a broad foundation across a range of legal disciplines.

I returned to the Family Team in March 2024 for my final training seat and qualified as a Solicitor in October 2024.

Prior to joining Wollens, I graduated from Cardiff University in 2021 with a First Class Honours Bachelor of Laws (LLB) degree. I then remained at Cardiff University to complete the Legal Practice Course, graduating with Distinction in 2022.

Having grown up in North Devon, I wanted  to return to the area and establish my career here. I now advise and support clients across Devon and beyond, helping them navigate what are often complex and emotionally challenging family law matters. My approach is focused on providing clear, pragmatic advice tailored to each client’s individual circumstances and achieving constructive, fair and sensible outcomes.
