Alicia Clutsam

I have worked within the child care team at Wollens since 2020. Initially I worked with David Kendall and gained a huge amount of experience in relation to care proceedings generally.  This included work around PLO pre-proceedings meetings and full court proceedings. These proceedings could relate to any concern of significant harm about a child, such as neglect, alcohol and drunk misuse or domestic violence. 

In early 2024 I started working with Rachel Carter and Victoria Harle, still within our care team, specialising in non-accidental injury work. These are complex cases involving allegations of physical abuse, such as fractures, bruising and shaken baby syndrome. We assist parents all over the country. The department has a wealth of expertise in this area.

Having qualified as a solicitor in March 2026, I represent parents in all types of child protection and care proceedings cases. 

Outside of work I am a keen karate athlete holding a 3^rd Dan black belt. I have been training since I was 10 years old and have competed both nationally and internationally..
