Dave made time for a long initial f2f chat with us to explain the issues with new build purchases. This was very helpful in building the subsequent communication around some unexpected issues with the property. I have come to expect responses from solicitors in days, if lucky, whereas in this case i regularly received detailed replies to non-trivial questions within the hour – quite astonishing really. The team also pulled out the stops to complete within a day of getting the paperwork from the sellers which was important for us. All in all a first class bespoke service.
The efficient service provided ensured the flat was sold within a very tight time frame made somewhat complicated by the extraneous requirements made by the buyers solicitor. The timely response by both conveyancing solicitor and his assistant were very much appreciated. Both offered considerable guidance in a somewhat stressful situation.
