I am dual qualified as a Fellow of the Institute of Legal Executives and Licensed Conveyancer and a Partner based in our Barnstaple office. I moved to Devon from East Sussex in December 1996. I joined the firm’s Property Department having previously worked in East Sussex and North Devon and have over 30 years’ experience in residential property.
I deal with a broad range of residential property transactions involving sales and purchases of both freehold and leasehold titles, remortgages and transfers of equity.
When not at work, I spend as much time as possible outdoors, horse riding, cycling and walking with my dogs. On the quieter side, I enjoy pottering in the garden with my chickens ducks and geese.

Testimonials
Pleasure to deal with, timely responses, great legal knowledge.
I was pleased with this professional approach and ready contact. The costs were pleasing and worth every penny. I can only recommend this 5 star service.
Judith made the conveyancing procedure so easy for us. She answered all our queries with sound advice in a professional but friendly manner. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend her to anyone. Will definitely engage her for further legal procedures. Thank you!
Judith Manser was my solicitor and I cant express how helpful that lady was. I felt safe in her hands, always answered my questions, her letters had so much information and always explained every week. I will always recommend Judith to anyone. I will use Wollens again.
The team at Wollens were outstanding in helping getting to completion on a very tricky combination of sale and purchase, Their positive attitude and commitment to finding a solution (in circumstances which would probably have defeated most others! Cannot recommend Judith Manser more highly.
