I am a trainee solicitor in the Company Commercial team, with a particular focus on banking and finance. I support clients across a range of corporate financing matters, including attending to lender requirements, loan agreements, security documentation, and corporate refinancing.
I also have experience in wider corporate and commercial matters, including asset purchase agreements, company incorporations, and the related property transactions and due diligence exercises.
I work closely with business owners, lenders, and investors to deliver clear, practical advice tailored to their commercial objectives. I am committed to ensuring transactions run smoothly from start to finish, providing proactive support at every stage.
