Tracy Pettit

I am a solicitor in the Company and Commercial team specialising in buying and selling businesses but with a particular emphasis on the property elements of such transactions and property corporate support. I qualified as a solicitor in 1994 and gained wide ranging experience in general practice working at a firm in London’s West End,  concentrating primarily on residential and commercial property transactions. Since re-locating to Devon with my young family, and after having taken a career break, I joined Wollens in October 2022.

In my free time I can be found traversing the Devon countryside, watching a good film, or cooking and exploring a multitude of cuisines.
