I am a Commercial Property Associate Solicitor with 12 years experience, having trained and qualified at a local Devon based firm.

I advise clients on a broad range of commercial property matters, supporting them through transactions in a practical and commercially focused way. I work closely with clients to identify and manage risk, ensuring matters progress smoothly and with clarity at every stage. My experience includes:

• Business sales and acquisitions across a range of sectors and values
• Commercial leases, lease assignments and landlord and tenant matters
• Easements, options, overage and conditional contracts
• The acquisition and disposal of freehold and leasehold commercial premises
• Refinancing
• Providing independent legal advice in respect of guarantees
• Agricultural land sales and purchases, including sales by auction

I am Chair of the Devon and Somerset Law Society Property and Private Client Committee and a Director of the Devon and Somerset Law Society (DASLS).
