Steve Waters

I come from Cornwall but ventured as far as Essex and Germany to gain an LLB in English and European Laws before coming back to the South West via the College of Law in Guildford.

I initially qualified as a solicitor in 2000 and have recently returned to law after a career break. I have commercial and residential property experience but now deal exclusively with all types of residential matters.  I like to take a practical approach to matters and to work collaboratively with Estate Agents and Mortgage Brokers to get the best results for my clients.

When not working I am usually to be found spending time with my family, on the wrong end of a cricket bat or golf club or writing the odd quiz. I am the Vice Chairman of Chelston and Kingskerswell Cricket Club, and have recently attained a cricket coaching qualification so that I can give something back to the game I love.

I am also the chair of the PTA at my daughter’s school
