Catherine Pinnegar has reached a settlement on behalf of a gentleman who sustained significant injuries when he was a pedestrian that was hit by a motorcycle.

The gentleman was on a run and was knocked to the ground by a motorcycle when he was crossing the road when signalled to do so by the traffic lights. As a result, he sustained various injuries, the most serious being a broken pelvis. After a long recovery, the gentleman continues to suffer from pain and discomfort.
