Catherine Pinnegar has reached a settlement on behalf of a lady who sustained significant injuries when she was a pedestrian that was hit by a motor vehicle.

The lady was walking to her local shop when a van reversed into her, knocking her to the ground, and unconscious. As a result, the lady suffered from a variety of significant injuries, including but not limited to, 10 rib fractures, a fractured wrist, numerous loose teeth and extensive facial bruising.
