Hebe Shepherd

Originally from the Lake District, I moved to Devon and joined Wollens in 2022 following the completion of my LLB Law with Spanish Degree. During this time I spent one year living and studying abroad at Universidad de Oviedo, where I studied Spanish Law.

Upon completion of my undergraduate degree, I joined the firm as a Paralegal in our Commercial Property department, working full time whilst also studying part time over a two-year period for my LPC and Masters of Laws. During this time I developed a keen interest in the corporate and commercial world.

Having completed my studies, I started as a Trainee Solicitor within the firm in August 2024. My seats will consist of Company Commercial, Dispute Resolution (with a focus on Medical Negligence and Personal Injury) and Family. I am really looking forward to increasing my learning and development and deepening my knowledge across these areas of law ahead of my qualification in 2026.

Outside of the office I love spending my free time down at the beach, whether that being for a swim, paddleboard or just a nice walk. When not at the beach, you can often find me down at Newton Abbot Rugby Club, either cheering on others or playing for the women’s team.
