Rachel Carter is selected as a finalist in this years LexisNexis Family Law Awards ! Rachel has been selected in two categories:  

  • Family Law Partner of the Year 
  • Family Law Champion 

Rachel is a specialist Lawyer and Partner at Wollens and she works almost exclusively in complex care proceedings and non-accidental injury.

Rachel is finalist in the prestigious Family Law Awards 2023 - Wollens Solicitors Devon

Rachel acts for parents and carers within these complex proceedings which involve allegations of physical abuse such as shaken baby syndrome, fractures, bruises, fabricated illness, etc. Rachels works with clients all over the country (from Cornwall to Newcastle) and she represents people in all courts including the County Court, High Court, Court of Appeal and Supreme Court. See Rachel’s profile here

The Family Law Awards brings the family law community together. Now in its twelfth year, the Family Law Awards were launched in 2011 to recognise the important work of family lawyers, and celebrate their many successes and outstanding achievements. The awards ceremony takes place in London in November 2023 when the winners will be announced.
