Elizabeth Larner

Thank you Liz, I really did make the right decision in choosing Wollens , I couldn’t wish for a more professional, and caring service , through the whole process you haven’t once made me feel like just another number on a case file”

Andrew – Clinical Negligence Client

I established the Clinical Negligence Team at Wollens in July 2013, having created a department in the same field at another South Devon law firm previously.

I have worked exclusively in clinical negligence for the last 18 years.

I specialise in handling high-value and complex claims. I deal with clients nationally as well as locally, and I pride myself on providing a friendly, personal service to clients, no matter their location.

I am passionate about my work and my particular interest is in surgical error and delayed diagnosis of cancer claims. I am also one of the few solicitors in the UK to specialise in necrotising fasciitis cases. Most of my work comes via recommendations from existing clients and business connections.

Out of work I am the Chair of Governors at a local primary school, which is part of an Academy Trust. I enjoy weight training at the gym, as well as some relaxation at yoga classes! I have two young children who keep me very busy, and as a family we enjoy travelling at home and abroad.
