We are delighted to announce the promotion of three team members to Partners this autumn.

Marco Floreale, Elizabeth Larner, and Craig Smith have all been appointed Partners. Each brings a wealth of experience and specialist expertise to their respective areas of law.

Elizabeth Larner specialises in clinical negligence and personal injury claims, with over 20 years of experience in the field. She manages high-value and complex claims for clients nationally and locally, while maintaining a reputation for providing friendly, personal service to all.
Elizabeth said,“11 years ago I joined Wollens (or Wollen Michelmore, as they were then), and over that time, Wollens has evolved, and so have I. I am so excited to be part of the future of this firm.”

Marco Floreale leads the firm’s Sports Law Division, which has developed partnerships with leading athletes and established legal collaborations with several high-profile professional and amateur sporting clubs and organisations in the South West.

Marco commented, “I am absolutely delighted to be promoted to Partner and continue the outstanding work we are doing for all our clients, providing excellent service to every team, every time.”

Craig Smith  a Dispute Resolution lawyer, focuses on contentious probate and trusts litigation. He is a member of the Association of Contentious Trust and Probate Specialists (ACTAPS) and is one of only a handful of lawyers in the South West to hold this accreditation.
Craig shared, “I am absolutely thrilled and honoured to have joined the partnership at Wollens and am excited to play a part in this ambitious, modern firm’s continuing upwards trajectory.”
