Bringing broad experience from outside the legal sector, I joined the Company and Commercial Department in 2021.

I work with clients of all sizes and across a variety of industries, and my role allows me to assist and support businesses at each stage of their life cycle.

My main areas of focus include:

• Corporate transactions (asset sales / purchases, share sales / purchases, and share buybacks);
• Shareholders’ agreements and partnership agreements;
• Commercial contracts; and
• Company incorporations.
