I started my legal career in the mid 1980’s as a litigation specialist in a number of top London firms. In the late 90’s I joined a firm nearer my then home in Kent, where I was a partner for 10 years before relocating with my family to North Devon.

Apart from a brief return to litigation, I’ve concentrated on residential property transactions and I specialise in the following: –

• Sales and purchases of houses and flats
• First registrations of unregistered property
• Sales and purchases of land / parts of land
• Land swaps with neighbours
• Transfer of equity on relationship breakdown / part owner buy-outs

When I’m not working  I enjoy walking my dog on the beach, keeping fit in the gym, and playing, watching  and talking cricket.
