David Kendall

I’m a partner in the Family Department and specialise in care work. I started my legal career in 1987 and have specialised in family work since 2001 having practiced in the areas of criminal defence and civil litigation.

I’m a member the Law Society’s specialist Children Panel and Family Law Panel and undertake a lot of work on behalf of children, either directly or through a court appointed guardian.

I also represent parents and other carers within care proceedings and private law disputes. I undertake a lot of my own advocacy to ensure constancy for my clients.

In my spare time you can usually find me on a golf course somewhere
