I’m a partner in the Corporate Commercial Department.

I qualified with a City firm but have spent the last 18 years in the South West specialising in share acquisitions and disposals (including corporate restructuring) as well as business and asset acquisitions and disposals. I also advise on joint ventures, shareholders agreements, and LLP and partnership agreements.

I try and offer my clients much more than legal advice, acting as their trusted adviser, navigating them through the complex world of corporate transactions. I’m always looking to see what more I can do to make the process as smooth and as painless as possible.
