I qualified in 2011 at a firm in North Devon and joined Wollens in July 2019 as a Solicitor in the Litigation team.
I help clients – both individuals and companies from a range of sectors – to resolve their contractual and other disputes using time and cost-effective methods such as negotiation and mediation. Where required, I also assist clients with issuing or defending claims through the Courts.
My practice in civil dispute resolution developed substantively between 2013 and June 2019 whilst practicing at a firm in North London and where I specialised in property, housing, landlord and tenant matters, to include resolving cohabitee disputes relating to property.
Whilst the focus of my practice is to help my clients to achieve settlements that offer them the best outcomes possible in line with their key goals and objectives, I have represented clients at all levels of the civil litigation procedure from initial instruction and advices through to County Court trials, High Court appeals and second appeals in the Court of Appeal.
Outside of work I train in and am a keen weightlifter, competing nationally and internationally, although I can also often be found on a bike cycling along and taking in the scenes of Devon’s beautiful coastal trails and cycle paths.
