Kennedy Lugg

I completed my undergraduate degree in Law and Criminology at the University of Plymouth and went on to study my LPC at the University of Exeter.

Since completing the LPC I’ve worked for a large trans-Atlantic firm where I primarily dealt with Debt Recovery matters and was sent on client secondment to deal with Data Protection breaches. I’ve also worked for a large regional firm dealing with Property Litigation matters, ranging from re-possession to disrepair.

I joined Wollens in September 2020 in the Dispute Resolution department dealing with a wide range of litigation matters under the supervision of Simon Bean and Hannah Venn-Munns.

I started my training contract with the firm in September 2021 and has practiced in the following areas – Dispute Resolution, Private Client and Residential Property.

As of September 2023, I have qualified into the Dispute Resolution Team, specialising in Property Litigation. I currently deal with the following:

  • Tenancy Health Checks

  • 21 & S.8 Possession Proceedings
  • Disrepair Claims
  • Tenancy Disputes
  • Boundary Disputes
  • Disputes of ownership
  • Adverse Possession
  • Commercial Lease Disputes
  • Forfeiture

I also have experience and can be instructed in relation to other matters including:

  • County Court Claims
  • Debt Recovery Claims
  • Contractual Disputes
