Marco Floreale

I grew up in the London area and initially qualified as a Fellow of the Institute of Legal Executives before completing my Graduate Diploma in Law and Legal Practice in Waterloo, London.  I practiced for over 15 years in Reading undertaking all aspects of Civil Litigation and Dispute Resolution before emigrating and living overseas in France, South Africa and Mauritius for 8 years.

I am a Partner at Wollens and head the firm’s Sports Law Division. Since its inception, the division has successfully developed partnerships and collaborated with leading sporting individuals. Additionally, we have established legal partnerships with several high-profile professional and amateur sporting clubs and organisations in the South West. My work in the Sports Law Division encompasses:

• Player Representation
• Regulatory Matters
• Disciplinary Appeals
• Sport Injury Claims
• Sponsorship deals for elite athletes and clubs
• Immigration for overseas players

I’ll always be seen at live sporting events looking for the next superstar to help and represent when I’m not spending time with my family or got my head in a book.
