Simon Wilson

I qualified as a solicitor in 1980 and was a partner with a firm in the South East for many years before relocating to Devon in 1999, where I became a partner with another regional firm, before joining Hooper & Wollen, now Wollens, in 2010.

I am now a Consultant Solicitor, having formerly been the head of the Commercial Property team at Wollens. I specialise in all aspects of commercial property work; business sales and acquisitions; planning and environmental matters; residential and commercial property transactions; business leases; retail development projects and I deal with agricultural and equine land.

I’m a member of the Environmental Law Association (UKELA) and have a MA also in Environmental Law. I’m a Trustee of The Barn Owl Trust, and a Director of Torquay United Community Sports Trust.

I love live music and play rudimentary bass guitar to the distress of my dog Noodle!
