Victoria Martyn

I joined Wollens in May 2021 and I’m a paralegal in the Care and Protection team of the Private Client Department. I specialise in Court of Protection applications as well as contested matters within the COP. I also deal with Lasting Powers of Attorney and Estate Administration.

I’m currently studying with CILEX towards qualifying as a CILEX Lawyer and I am now in the final year of my studies having achieved my Advanced Paralegal qualification.  

I grew up in Devon attending school in Exeter before travelling in 2009. I lived in Spain for 7 years running an English Academy and teaching both children and adults English as a foreign language. I also have experience working in the care industry which has been invaluable working in my currently position within the Care and Protection team.

In August 2020, I moved back to Devon, to pursue a new career path in law.

In my free time I love to travel and experience new places and cultures, spending time with friends and family, reading and walking.
