Private Client Solicitor / Legal Executive
Dartmouth and Torquay
National award winning private client team at Devon based practice, Wollens, have two opportunities. The positions are in our Torquay office and our Dartmouth office.
We are looking for an experienced solicitor or Filex (4/5 years PQE) to manage a varied case load including estate administration, estate and tax planning and Will and LPA drafting. The candidate needs to demonstrate an enthusiasm for the work and an ability to manage our client’s expectations and to win their loyalty across the whole firm. You will be self-motivated and should also have energy and ambition to progress within the private client department and within the firm.
To this end the successful candidate would also be expected to actively engage in the marketing and practice development work of the private client team. STEP membership is desirable but not essential.
Legal Secretary – Private Client
Wollens have a wonderful opportunity for a bright, competent
and able Legal Secretary to join our professional private client team in
our Barnstaple office. The role is primarily to provide secretarial and
administrative support to the private client legal team. The role also has
the potential to develop to provide paralegal support.
Applicants should have good secretarial experience and excellent I.T.
skills, ideally working with digital dictation and case management systems.
Experience of private client work would be a distinct advantage.
The role is full-time, 5 days per week, 36.25 hours.
