News Update:

Exeter based solicitors Morgan and Pope have merged with a leading Devon law firm in order to expand their services.

Morgan and Pope, established in 2011 developed as the result of a merger between Stephen Morgan & Co and J. & S. P. Pope Solicitors LLP and has since been looking to expand further. The firm, which has an office at Cathedral Yard, merged with Wollen Michelmore LLP with effect from 1^st April 2018.

The new firm, which will be called Wollens, will have 180 staff, 20+ partners and five offices in Torquay, Dartmouth, Newton Abbot, Barnstaple as well as the office in Exeter. The merger will bring the firm’s turnover to a figure approaching £10m.

Morgan and Pope partner Stephen Morgan commented:
