We act for landlords and tenants on the grant of new business leases; the surrender and termination of leases; and end of lease advice in relation to dilapidations, rent deposits and other responsibilities for either party, including guarantors, under a lease.
We also act on renewal of leases; subletting of the whole or part of the business lease premises; or the assignment and transfer of leases. We also assist in the management of business lease premises, including deeds of variation of leases; licences to assign/transfer leases and licences for alterations to the premises. This may also involve long term leases, and residential parts, of mixed-use property or licences for occupation, Assured Shorthold Tenancy Agreements and other short-term lettings.
