We have experience in specific business sectors requiring specialist knowledge: 

Care sector: we help with the acquisition and sale of nursing and residential care homes, and for doctors and dental practices. 

Leisure/licensing and tourism: we support the South West tourism industry for businesses such as restaurants, hotels and guesthouses; pubs, clubs and other licensed premises; holiday leisure parks and other attractions across the region. 

Charities and public/private partnerships: we also focus on the charity sector; state aid and public funding; and renewables and the environment, where we deal with the various parts of the sector including solar PV, wind turbines and other compliance, regulations and authorisations.
