Landlord & tenant
Like many areas of life, everything can appear to be fine until a problem occurs. We can offer you piece of mind by ensuring all your paperwork concerning residential assured shorthold tenancies is up to date and compliant. The sooner you seek legal advice the better – we can deal with drafting the Tenancy Agreement and all the other relevant paperwork required at the start of the tenancy, right through to issuing a claim for possession and instructing the County Court bailiff if necessary. We also advise tenants with regard to actions they can take against their landlords.
We offer several different fee options – both time chargeable and fixed fee, depending upon the circumstances. You may choose to use your own Agreement at the start of a matter and only find you are in difficulties when you come to evict the tenant, due for example for non-payment of rent. By choosing us as your advisor, you can avoid this type of eventuality.
