The nationally accredited Commercial Property team at Wollens boasts a number of prominent local and national clients, particularly within the charity, and hospitality and food and drink sectors. We are looking for a forward-thinking lawyer who is not only technically competent, but also possesses networking skills and an interest in business generation and development.
You will be working in the area of commercial property and your role will include: advising clients in relation to the sale, purchase, leasing and re-financing of business premises, development work and unit sales including development agreements, advising on pre-emption, option and promotion agreements, corporate support, and commercial licences and easements.
