Due to continued development and growth we have two fantastic opportunities for enthusiastic individuals to join our Private Client team in the firm’s brand-new South Devon Office based in the heart of Torquay. One role is to focus on general private client work, including the administration of estates, wills, trusts and taxation and the other to focus on Elderly Client/Court of Protection work.
Both of these roles allow for personal growth and development and the building of specialisations. The Private Client team has a diverse range of expertise and covers all private client areas.

You will be a qualified Solicitor or Legal Executive (minimum 3 years PQE or equivalent level of experience). You will need to demonstrate an enthusiasm for the work and an ability to manage our client’s expectations and to win their loyalty across the whole firm. You will be self-motivated and should also have energy and ambition to progress within the private client department and within the firm.
To this end the successful candidate would also be expected to actively engage in the marketing and practice development work of the private client team. STEP membership is desirable but not essential. Membership of SfE in relation to the Elderly Client/Court of Protection lawyer role is also desirable, but not essential.
