Wollens legal services available throughout Lockdown 2.
As a consequence of Government announcement regarding a second lockdown our receptions will remain closed until lockdown is over.
However, the majority of our staff are continuing to work from home and successfully communicating with clients via video calls, email and telephone.
If your matter requires an appointment and can’t be dealt with using email, video or telephone then we may be able to make an appointment to see you in our offices. If you think that you need to make an appointment please make contact and we will be happy to discuss this with you. Only appointed meetings are being undertaken in offices at this time.
Each of our offices has a drop off point for documents and a collection point for you to collect documents when required and all post is being received in the usual way. Our preferred method for payment is via our website. wollens.co.uk/payment
During this time our telephone switchboards and direct telephone lines are operating as normal. All of our staff whether they are working at home or in the office can offer a full service and are able to deal with all work relating to existing or new matters.
