Exeter Chamber held their annual general meeting at Exeter College on Monday 8th November, where two new board directors were officially appointed. Patrick Tigwell of Thomas Westcott Chartered Accountants replaces Laura Seaward as Treasurer and Wollens partner, Charlotte McGregor replaces Laura McFadyen as a representative from the legal sector. The new appointments will contribute to the leadership and strategic direction of Exeter’s leading business membership organisation.

Charlotte McGregor is a Partner at Wollens and heads the Exeter Office. Charlotte has over 15 years of experience and her specialism is in Estate Administration with a focus on high value and / or complex Estates acting for clients across the UK. Charlotte is highly regarded by her clients and professional contacts and has lived and worked in Exeter for 13 years and has developed strong links and many professional relationships during her time in the city. She is passionate about supporting local businesses and the communities in which she lives and works.

 

 

Charlotte said “I am delighted to have the opportunity to represent and have influence in the growth and support of the wider Exeter Business Community. I am looking forward to engaging with all sectors to understand how the Chamber can help them achieve their goals and to work with them to break down any barriers. I am delighted to be joining such a dynamic and enthusiastic Board and have high hopes for what we can achieve for the city”.
