Wollens are pleased to announce the appointment of four new partners who are based in multi locations across the region. The promotions are all from within the firms existing teams and each strengthen their departments structure. Chris Hart, Chief Executive said;

Mark Iddles
Mark deals with residential property transactions involving sales and purchases of freehold and leasehold titles, re-mortgages and transfer of equity.
Mark said “ I am delighted to have been made a partner at Wollens having worked at the firm for nearly 10 years, I started as a student volunteer. I am looking forward to continued work with the residential property team in our South Devon office.”
Dominic Hollingsworth
Dominic specialises in share acquisitions and disposals (including corporate restructuring) as well as business and asset acquisitions and disposals. He also advises on joint ventures, shareholders’ agreements, LLP and partnership arrangements.
Dom said “I am delighted to become a partner at Wollens, a truly dynamic and progressive firm with a very clear strategy. These values are core to what we do, which means that our clients know exactly what to expect and our staff are equally as clear on how the firm will support and encourage them to deliver on excellent client service and to develop their chosen career path.”
Hayley Green
Hayley is in the Commercial Department. She has significant experience in acting on large scale public sector projects and transactions. She is a specialist in State aid, procurement and funding programmes, having worked for managing authorities and applicants for many national funding programmes and with substantial experience of the European Regional Development Fund.
Hayley said “Wollens is a fantastic and forward-thinking firm and I am delighted to be joining such a great partnership. I am really looking forward to being part of it as Wollens continues to expand and strengthen its offerings across the range of legal services and our Devon locations”.
Karen Miller
Karen is a full member of the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners and specialises in complex wills, Trusts and Estate Planning.
Karen said “I am excited to be joining the Wollens partnership and am looking forward to leading the Wills, Trusts & Estate Planning team”.
