Wollens Solicitors have a vacancy for a part-time receptionist to work at our office in Exeter to cover maternity leave.
Our reception team are the hosts and public face of Wollens as first contact for our clients when they visit our office.
Your front of house duties will include meeting, greeting and welcoming our clients, you will also look after our meeting rooms and cater for client needs from refreshments to audio-visual.
The role will also involve answering the telephone, forwarding calls, dealing with queries, taking payments, taking ID, making appointments and other office related duties.
With a friendly, professional, welcoming personality you will be able to offer exceptional client care skills. You will be well presented, have a pleasant telephone manner and be computer literate. Experience of using a case management system is desirable. A background in secretarial/reception work is essential, ideally in a professional services environment.
Hours are 14.25 hours per week, 9 am to 5.15 pm, Monday and Friday, one hour for lunch. You would need to work additional hours to cover holidays/sickness. Start date December 2023.
