Wollens are delighted to continue to support South Devon Cricket Club through sponsorship and attending events held by the club. The South Devon Cricket Club awards evening was held at Dainton Park Golf Club near Ipplepen, in the photo above are Sean Andrews, Jack Allen, James Allen, Noah Rider, Jackson Evans and Kalen Warne.
Spin bowler Noah Rider won the bowler of the year award for South Devon in his first season at the club. Rider, who took 24 wickets, is pictured collecting his trophy and permanent memento from Chris Hart, Wollens Chief Executive.
South Devon captain James Allen won the club’s batting prize for the 2022 season with a grand total of 397 league runs at an average of 22.06. Allen, who has scored more than 2,100 league runs since making his debut in 2014, is pictured collecting his trophy from Clive Meredith, Wollens Practice Director.
Wollens is committed to supporting local clubs and charities and was pleased to attend the awards ceremony to celebrate the success of the club during the season.
