What a wonderful ‘shop window’ to show off your new name and identity.
Wollens took to the Devon County Show ground to join the hundreds of stall-holders and exhibitors at this year’s event.
Thousands of people enjoyed the mix of goods, services – and, of course, animals – on show during the three-day extravaganza.
It was the ideal opportunity for Wollens – formerly Wollen Michelmore – to present its new name, branding, image and logo to the masses passing by in Avenue A.
Young musicians from Trinity School in Teignmouth kept the Wollens team on their toes with a medley of tunes on the stand opposite. They even threw in a couple of jam and cream scones for good measure.
Next door was one of the main food and drink halls guaranteeing a good footfall and down the road was a display of automatic mowers which had everybody interested.
The new branding – bags and sweets and all – went down well with all those who passed through. One lady took a particular shine to our new pens, one of which quickly joined an array of others in several other bags from different stands
One sheep judge dropped by and we just had to ask what were the kind of things she looked for in a sheep!
Well this was the county show after all!
