We deal with site acquisitions for commercial or residential development, assisting in the construction process and the ultimate plot sales. This may involve preparing ancillary documentation for acquiring or transferring potential development sites, including option agreements; promotion agreements; pre-emption agreements; overage/claw-back agreements and conditional sale agreements. We also assist with the preparation of sites for development and sale, including planning applications and appeals; planning gain agreements and dealing with any necessary infrastructure agreements; deeds of easement; licences; collateral warranty agreements and assignment of copyright. We then deal with setting up and acting on any plot sales, and setting up management companies where required.
